How Can This Grow My Practice?

If you do a service for one of your patients, it's no secret they tell at least five people. They will ask if you can you see their neighbor or cousin. So, when people find out there is something closer, this is their preferred choice. People are comfortable with their own practitioners.

o The workload does not have to be increased.

o We have people who support you with years and years of experience. 

o We have a complete ease-of-use platform that addresses all concerns for billing, ordering, and full support.


It does not take many patients to be profitable. Even our smallest practice that only has two patients per month is highly profitable to the point that it is life changing. Most of the time we have seen practices greatly improve their numbers and see a happier staff in a very short time.

A thriving practice could be referring out many patients per year. Bringing them back into the practice could release a fresh revenue stream that is well into the six or seven figures. 


We have been a unique program from the beginning. Much of it has been designed from previous years of experience consulting offices and building practices and knowing how hard it is to implement anything new into a practice because a practice is very regimented. Therefore, if you don't implement something that will flow into the day, it's very hard to accept by the practitioners and staff.

There is no upfront cost to get started. Most practices already have the basics that you need such as tissue scissors, gauze, and ace bandages. You can start by ordering your graphs on consignment. You have a net-60 on each graph, so you don't have cash flow disruption. 


“Satisfaction and Relief!” A lot of doctors are looking for something to grow their practice. They have sympathy for their patients and are struggling to find a solution for them. When they can impact those patients and heal their wounds 50% faster and a lot of times give them mobility back, that is very satisfying. If you can close a wound, prevent limb amputation, and then possibly give them quality of life back and mobility and increased life expectancy, that brings satisfaction and relief. 


Fear of the unknown can be a factor, but if you understand that you have all these people to support you with years and years of experience you should have no fear of the unknown. We have nurses; we have physicians that we have access to for further support. We have an overwhelming amount of support.


We have no long-term obligation. What we do encourage you to do is to give the program a chance. But absolutely there is no long-term obligation with the billing or with us.


It can take up to 60 days to get paid and this is why: What we have found is that if you have a clean claim, it will automatically be processed in about 14 days or maybe 21 days. So, what is a clean claim? A clean claim means that it's just for wound care. It's not for physical or labs, etc. 


But the way it works with Medicare is that most insurances only allow you 60 days to submit your claim. That's not a lot of time. In response, they will take up to 30 days to respond. Then they usually issue checks on a designated day such as the third Thursday of the month which are deposited directly into your account. So, we purposely set up the net-60 because we know from experience what works.  


Using your own billing system can be a horror story. We strongly recommend using our billing system, which has been well refined. By using our billing, we take care of all the denials and mistakes and anything else. The office staff do not have to figure it out. 


We only use a dedicated third-party biller. They are contracted through us to only focus on wound care. If you were to ask them to take your general billing, they would decline because we want them to focus only on the wound care billing and generating the revenue for the providers.


A lot of doctors are not used to getting support, but we have an overwhelming amount of support. We have all these people who support you with years and years of experience. We help you get through the whole process. We also have nurses and physicians that we have access to for further support. 


We have also instituted our denial support program. By using our billing, we take care of all the denials and mistakes and anything else. The office staff does not have to figure it out. We are hand-in-hand with you and if we cannot get that product paid, we will not charge you for that graft. 


For an established practice, if their credentials are up to date and they are enrolled in Medicare, most of the time it will only take one to two weeks to get started.


We work with multiple top US Manufacturers which names can be given upon our Zoom call.


We work with you to get through the credentialing process, and we make sure everything is in-tact. If we must do credentialing, we will refer you to a company that does that and that would be the only cost.


We can help physicians who are exiting the hospital set up with their independent practice, get them credentialed, then help them reimagine their practice with an emphasis on wound care.


From our 31 years of experience, one of the things we focused on was starting practices. So, it would be our pleasure to help to start their own practice. We can help guide them to set up their corporation, get credentialing and all paperwork in order and share our years of experience to help get them up and running. Then they can go into home health care, assisted living, or even into nursing homes with an emphasis on wound care. This would be the freedom of their own business, and they can realize the substantial revenue from that.


In some states like Florida, they can operate autonomously. Then in a state like Texas, they would need a collaborator which is simply an agreement with a physician that they know what you are doing, and they can be available to you if you need some peer-to-peer counseling. Then in other states, like California, it is extremely difficult, where they are just starting the path to be able to operate autonomously. It really does depend on state by state, but we are more than happy to go over all of these things with each and every practitioner period.
